Step 1- Register
To begin with, students need to register on Eclassopedia by providing basic information such as their name, contact details, location, class/grade, subject, curriculum, and preferred demo session time. Parents can also register on behalf of their children.
Step 2- Choose Tutor
Eclassopedia offers a vast database of qualified tutors across different subjects and specializations. Students can check out each tutor’s profile, qualifications, achievements, course plan, fee structure, and availability details to make an informed choice.
Step 3- Attend Demo Class
Once the student has chosen a tutor, they will be provided with a 30-minute LIVE video demo class on the chosen topic. The demo class includes 5 minutes of introduction, 20 minutes of topic delivery, and 5 minutes of interaction with parents. For students who opt for group classes, a pre-recorded demo video will be shared for feedback.
Step 4- Provide Feedback
We value students’ feedback, and after attending the demo class, students can share their thoughts on the learning experience. Students can rate the demo class and choose to experience classes from other tutors as well.
Step 5- Pay Fees
After selecting the tutor, students can proceed with the payment of fees as per the tutor’s fee structure. Eclassopedia offers different payment options, including Paytm (for students in India), PayPal (for international students), and online bank transfer. For yearly courses, students can choose to pay fees in three installments, and for monthly courses, full payment is required in advance.
Step 6- Start Class
Once all the above steps are completed successfully, students can start attending classes as per the schedule chosen with their tutor. For individual classes, students can attend classes as per their convenience, and for group classes, a common timing agreed by the tutor and all participants will be followed.

Step 1- Register
To become a tutor on Eclassopedia, you need to register on the platform by providing basic profile information, educational qualifications, work experience, subjects, location, and a white-colored collared T-shirt portrait picture.
Step 2- Screening
The platform screens tutor profiles based on predefined criteria, including online tutoring experience, qualifications, and availability of hardware infrastructure such as a laptop with webcam and microphone, digital pen tablets, and a high-speed internet connection. Tutors with additional qualifications like Post Graduation, B.Ed/CTET are preferred.
Step 3- Give Demo Class
The shortlisted tutors are assigned a topic related to their qualification or work experience to deliver a demo class. The demo class is assessed by Eclassopedia core team for the tutor’s teaching approach, subject knowledge, language fluency, and other key aspects.
Step 4- Feedback
Eclassopedia team provides feedback to the tutor within one week of delivering the demo class via phone call or email.
Step 5- Training
Once selected, the tutor undergoes systematic training to understand Eclassopedia platform features and tools, overseas curriculum, and best teaching practices.
Step 6- Start Class
Upon successful completion of training, the tutor can begin taking classes.
